Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of internet and related services provided by I Smart (“Company,” “we,” or “our”). By subscribing to our services, you (“Customer” or “Subscriber”) agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Nature of Service
I Smart primarily provides Internet Service Provider (ISP) services.
From time to time, I Smart may also offer IT-related services.
Wi-Fi routers, ONUs, and other equipment may be sold to customers but remain under specific ownership terms (see Section 7).
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Charges once billed are strictly non-refundable.
Customers must pay invoices within the due date to avoid service suspension.
4. Minimum Contract Period
A minimum contract period of one (1) month applies after installation.
5. Service Installation & Shifting
Installation charges may apply as per prevailing rates.
If the customer changes address or requests a change in ONU/router location, a shifting charge will apply.
6. Suspension, Cancellation & Reconnection
Customers may cancel or reconnect services upon request.
Temporary suspension/pausing of service is not permitted.
Reconnection fees may apply.
7. Equipment Ownership
Routers, ONUs, and cables provided by I Smart remain the property of I Smart until fully paid.
Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of company-owned equipment.
Damaged, lost, or unreturned equipment may incur replacement charges.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must not use I Smart’s services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Sharing of internet connections outside the registered premises is prohibited.
Customers are responsible for maintaining security of their devices and local networks.
9. Service Quality & Limitations
While I Smart strives to ensure uninterrupted service, outages may occur due to technical, regulatory, or external factors.
Service quality may vary depending on network congestion, weather, or third-party issues.
10. Liability
I Smart shall not be liable for damages caused by misuse of services, customer equipment failure, or third-party actions.
11. Amendments
I Smart reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, with notice provided via SMS, email, or website.
