Refund & Return Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Service Refunds

Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund before installation.

Partial Refund: In case of prolonged service outages or failures attributable to I Smart, a partial refund or service credit may be provided at the Company’s discretion.

Non-Refundable: Once a monthly subscription is billed, it is strictly non-refundable, except in cases of total service non-availability. Any payment processing fees are non-refundable.

2.⁠ ⁠Device & Equipment Sales

Routers, ONUs, or other devices sold by I Smart are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Defective devices may be covered by manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

3.⁠ ⁠Reconnection & Shifting Fees

Charges for reconnection or address shifting are non-refundable once paid.

4. Refund Processing Time

7 (seven) business from our end. Additional time from the Bank or other financial service provider’s time will be added separately.
